Intake appointments last 75-90 minutes but may extend to 120 minutes with more complex cases. They involve a complete health history, review of recent and past lab work, and establish your goals and areas of health we will focus on.
All appointments include a detailed visit summary emailed to you within five business days following your appointment.

Nutrition and Meal Planning
45 Minute consultations specifically focused on diet, nutrition therapy, meal planning, creating new habits, and lifestyle reform. The emphasis is on nutrition versus lab and treatment review. Packages are only offered for nutrition therapy. Please schedule a separate appointment for naturopathic reviews.
Due to licensing for naturopathic doctors in the states of California and Colorado, I am currently unable to accept insurance for services. However, I am often able to work with insurance companies on lab acquisitions.
